In-stock orders usually ship within the next business day.
Shipping within the United States takes 4-7 business days for delivery for in-stock items.

Shipments within the state of Florida are one (1) day via UPS.
Next Day delivery is available as well to other areas. Please inquire about these options.

Canada: Shipping prices for Canadian orders are (mimimum) $15.99 US. for 1 - 2 products, $27.95 for 3- 4 products.
If shipping costs more, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval.
Urns of Wood, Inc. is not responsible for orders after leaving the United States.
We are not responsible for Duties and Customs.

If your sample evaluation urn is returned to us, there will be no charge for the urn, however we will not refund your return shipping fees. Please call or e-mail us and let us know the reason for the return.
